Assassin stigmas: rank cost and full learning cost
Evasion Stance and Shadow Walk share the same shard-cost progression in the Global snapshot. The cost of an individual rank increases, while the planner adds every rank up to and including your selection. Compare these two values before allocating resources.

For example, rank 6 costs 2 shards, but learning all ranks through rank 6 costs 7. Upgrading both stigmas from rank 5 to rank 6 raises their total from 10 to 14 shards. At rank 11, one stigma costs 4 additional shards and 19 in total. These totals do not subtract ranks you have already learned.

Character level and ascension need separate checks
At level 21, both stigmas show a warning: their selected rank requires level 22. Quick Slice already meets its level 10 requirement.
